  Paid macOS app that puts a chess tactic on the lock screen. Built and sold solo: product, engineering, Stripe payments, distribution. Licences validate offline with signed keys, so it still unlocks on a plane.

  Guided tool that computes filing deadlines and fills Quebec’s small-claims forms, first of 15 teams at Éducaloi’s competition. The decision engine is deterministic and separate from the LLM, because legal guidance has to be auditable.

  Corrosion detector for used-car photos at 91.67% F1, trained on 451 images I scraped and labelled myself. Started from a steel-inspection model instead of ImageNet: rust is the same texture, only the background changes.
